Program includes:

Group exercise program designed to lower the risk of common overuse injuries in veterinary professionals- both clerical and clinical. Includes access to online videos for long-term staff participation in exercise program. Duration: 30-45 minutes.

Break out sessions for each employee to address their individual concerns and help reduce the risk of worsening symptoms or injury. Duration: 15-20 minutes per employee. Can be done in conjunction with class or at an alternate time to accommodate your clinic's needs

Rate: $150 per hour plus mileage, depending on location.
